Who will feed the kids this weekend?
ONE in FIVE kids relies on their school’s free and reduced-price meal program to provide the nourishment they need to learn and grow. But what happens when the kids leave school on Friday? Join us in making a positive impact to prevent weekend hunger.
Blessings in a Backpack is a non-profit organization that feeds school children in the United States who currently are fed during the week on the federally funded Free and Reduced Meal Program and are at risk of going hungry on the weekends.
Our 2nd Mile Offering is a monthly opportunity to give above and beyond your usual tithes and cheerful giving. Each month a different ministry or mission is featured. The idea for the name 2nd Mile comes from Matthew 5:41 - "And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two."
