About Thrive Kids
We were built for kids:
Literally, we were built for kids! We have a large Family Life Center with a gym and multiple meeting spaces where we hold a variety of student, group and family activities.
What we do on Sunday Mornings?
We use music and drama to share the teachings of the Bible, as well as small group conversation to reinforce the message. We encourage all families to bring their kids 10-15 minutes early for interactive play in the gym prior to service.
First-time visitors
If you’re a first-time guest, please feel free to just show up and we’ll take it from there. Or if you’re more comfortable, you can reach out to us and we’ll discuss your visit. Please email Sue Cole at scole@thrive-church.us or 248-887-1311 ext. 14.
Secure Check-in
Safety and security is incredibly important to us so we use the KidCheck System for kids and youth. Check-in takes place at the Family Life Center entrance at the left side of the building. If you’d like to begin the process prior to coming to church, you can click here.

Welcome to Thrive Kids! Our purpose is to provide a nurturing environment where children experience, celebrate, and learn to share God's love as they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Gospel according to Thrive Kids: God created us with a heart for God. He loves us. Because of sin, we need a Savior. Jesus makes a relationship with God possible. Because the Lord has saved my soul, I clap, I jump, and I dance before the Lord.

Thrive Kids is geared toward 4 year olds thru 5th graders. We meet each Sunday the Family Life Center gym. Childcare is offered during both services for infants through 3 years.
We also create experiences for the entire family so you can connect with other families. We offer a variety of activities and events throughout the year where we have fun, celebrate milestone events, and also serve the community or those in need.
