About The Event
At Thrive Church, Operation Christmas Child is a year-round ministry. Throughout the year, our church family prays for the children, families, volunteers, and communities reached through OCC. We also collect items each month in preparation for our annual Shoebox Packing Party in November, when those gifts come together to fill shoeboxes for children around the world. 🌎❤️
This October, we’re taking another step in our support by designating our 2nd Mile Offering to Operation Christmas Child.
Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to children around the world as an opportunity to demonstrate God’s love and share the Good News of Jesus Christ. In many areas, children who receive shoeboxes are also invited to participate in The Greatest Journey, a discipleship program that helps them learn more about Jesus and grow in their faith.
Our October 2nd Mile Offering gives our church family another way to come…
