About The Event
2nd Mile Offering – Blessings in a Backpack
At Thrive Church, we believe that loving our neighbors means caring for both their spiritual and physical needs. Throughout the month of August, our 2nd Mile Offering will support Blessings in a Backpack, a ministry that helps provide weekend meals for children who may otherwise go without food when school is not in session.
Every gift makes a difference. Together, we can help ensure local children have nutritious, kid-friendly food to take home each weekend, giving them one less worry and a greater opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
Jesus reminds us in Matthew 25:40:
