Sue Cole

Sue Cole, affectionately known as “Ms. Sue,” has served on staff at Thrive Church for over 30 years. As Director of Children’s Ministry, she leads creative, engaging biblical teaching for children from preschool through 5th grade and plans events that help children grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Sue is responsible for recruiting and supporting approved volunteers and creating environments filled with compassion, interactive learning, and faith formation. She also serves as facilitator of the Fellowship/Outreach Team, helping provide meaningful opportunities for children and families to connect and serve in the community.
