A Thanksgiving Reflection: Beyond Ordinary Gratitude

Dear Church Family,

As the scent of pumpkin and spice fills the air, we arrive at Thanksgiving—a time-honored moment to pause and reflect on the year that has passed. For us at Thrive Church, this year has been marked by transition, testing, and ultimately, triumph. Looking back, we see clear evidence of supernatural leading and provision in every season.

The very first Thanksgiving, celebrated by the American pilgrims, was born from a deep, abiding sense of gratitude. They looked back on a year of hardship and loss in the new land and recognized that it was only through God's gracious work that they had been carried through. Their survival was a testament to divine faithfulness.

We share that ancient gratitude. This year, as we navigated changes, God consistently met us at our point of need in ways that can only be called extraordinary. Whether it was the timely provision of resources, the unexpected wisdom in a moment of decision, or the profound peace that settled our hearts during uncertainty—He has been faithful.

This season of reflection now turns into a vision for our future. We have renewed our commitment to Live Beyond Ordinary. Anchored in the supernatural faithfulness we’ve witnessed, we look ahead with boldness. Our vision is to thrive together through the power of connection, growth, and service.
